The client
For a preclinical stage biotechnology company in the Lausanne area, we are looking for a Paralegal to add to their team. The corporate paralegal will support the management team with legal assistance, including preparing and reviewing a variety of legal documents (such as non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, vendor agreements and clinical trial agreements).
You
The company requires someone with:
Paralegal certificate or degree in business law
5+ years of legal experience preferred
Several years' experience working in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/biotech industries as a paralegal or legal assistant
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organizational, detail-orientated, resourceful, and flexible
Fluent in French and English
